The dissertation presents architectural and design analysis of the construction of a yacht complex: development stages, basic approaches to site selection, typological classification, functional zoning, design solutions. The author proposes various functional design structures of the yacht complexes differing in their selection of service facilities based on the level of their integration in urbanized and natural environment.

The author offers practical recommendations on architectural and design structures of yacht complexes for the Black See coast of Ukraine.
